I feeling all bloggy today...sorry guys, but damn it!! I went to all the trouble of adding my cool little "Guest Map" and even screwed up one of my links in the process (because I have no idea what I'm doing here). Only my boyfriend had signed it, that's just becuase he's obligated to....so yeah, I'm whining about it now.  Who's gonna step up to the plate and do something about it?

Waterin' Hole

 

Alright, I'm a small town girl and all, so maybe you big city people aren't all that mesmerized by this. I'm driving along a road I'm always on at lunch and for the first time see this big blue structure. I think I'm seeing a mirage..... and I was so tempted to take a picture that I had to turn around and stop the car (women drivers have a bad enough rep as it is). Now, this waterin' hole ain't in the greatest of neighborhoods, as evidenced by the taco truck and also by said waterin' hole's meager existence. (Note: Locked Door)  Nevertheless, I felt it was my duty to share it with all of you.

Christina took me to a some bar (yet another) on Saturday and I met Brian.  He's a really sweet guy that she works with.  Out of the kindness of his heart, he told me all about his job and the stuff that I find interesting while most people hate talking about their work, espically at a bar with lots of alcohol in ya'.  It was nice meeting you Brian, hope to see ya next visit!

I can not beileve the Astros just had the bases loaded, NO outs, Viscinano at bat and they blew it. What's with all the extra innings lately....hope they win this one.

 

 

As I type this Biggio and Bagwell just made a hugh error and lost 2 bases, now an intentional walk to Chipper Jones. One out, runners on first and second. Ball one. Strike; 1-1. Pops it up to shallow right. Two outs. Estrada up. Ball one. Foul Ball. 1-1. Hit up the middle, Biggio to Bagwell; Three Outs!

Julio Franco up for the Braves. Up the middle, Biggio dives, gets it over to Bagwell for the tag, One Out. Home Run, first of his major league career. Raul Modessey up counts at 1-2, Strike 3. Two Outs. Pinch hitter, Strike One, Ball One. 1-1, top of the 12th. Strike 2. Taveras nabs the fly ball to end he inning.

 

 

Braves 1 - Houston 0, Bottom of the 12th. Chaves leading off, Ball One, Strke One, 1-1, Foul hit hard up the right - Strike 2, bouncer down the line, One Out. Jason Lane at bat, Ball One, Strike One, Foul - Strike 2, Ball 2, Foulded back by Lane, Ball Three, Ball Four, Lane walks to First. Luke Scott up; Ball One, Ball Two, Ball 3, Strike 1, Strike 2, Strike Out. Lane steals second. Visciano, Foul -Strike One, Foul - Strike 2, Ball One. 1-2, Bottom of the 12th. Fouled again. Pops up to left lose it for the Astros.

Before Christina and I went out, I got the bright idea to paint my bandaids to match my other toe nails. I got to meet some of her friends and we had a great time!
